Before you have to confirm your participation, we will lay out our very flexible conditions regarding cancellation/postponement, should this become necessary due to Covid-19. In many cases, we can even allow you to not only switch itinerary but also switch country should a rescheduling become necessary!

We have put in place helpful and supportive booking conditions, which recognise the current situation and make it as safe and secure as possible for you to book directly with Ride Andes.

Each destination has slightly varying booking terms (owing to the in-country arrangements we make to provide each tour). We will inform you of the exact booking conditions and cancellation options at the time of making the reservation.

You’ll need to have appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday, which covers the full duration of your trip in case of cancellation and/or curtailment.

Your travel insurance needs to provide cover for all the activities and destinations on your travel itinerary.

Your policy must cover COVID-19 medical expenses as well as cancellation cover. This should include cancellation prior to travel (in case you are required to medically quarantine), curtailment of your trip and any medical expenses whilst abroad.
