URUGUAY-

with rides from October to April (Spring-Summer-Autumn) and a choice of both private and scheduled tours, Uruguay is an excellent place to escape from the cold, damp winters and enjoying sunshine and also amazing wildlife viewing. We ride past these Maguari storks and Ibis as well as a huge variety of other birds -including the stunning, bright pink spoonbill - while staying at a rice farm. Then, picking up the pace on the pastures, we see Rhea (South America's ostrich) and very cute armadillos & capybaras.
